Please allow 1-2 hours for your order to be ready if placed in business hours. You will receive an email and phone call when your order is packed and awaiting collection.

Shipping
We want your online shopping experience with us to be easy and we know you want your order as soon as possible. We send all our packages through Australia Post so please send your package to an address where someone can be present, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, otherwise the package will be left in a safe place.

If your delivery address isn't safe to leave a package, please select at checkout an address where someone can be there to accept the package. We cant be liable for delivered packages that go missing.
If you require signature on delivery, please get in touch with us via phone or email.
To avoid disappointment, please try on/unpack your item as soon as you receive it so that you are able to notify us within the 7 day timeframe of our returns policy.
Please note, all returns (either refunds or online credit codes) that qualified for free shipping on initial order will be processed minus a $15 shipping fee.
All exchanges will incur a return postage fee of $15
International Shipping
All New Zealand orders over $300AUD are shipping FREE via Regular International Post.
International shipping, excluding New Zealand, is $60. However, if shipping weight exceeds 3kg then we may be in contact with a shipping surcharge.

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 7-`10 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.
All International orders are sent via Regular Australia Post. However, if you require your order to be sent via International Express Post please contact us at hello@martinyork.com.au to receive a freight quote.
Upon arrival to the destination country, International orders may be subject to duties and taxes buy the destination country customers department. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. Payment of these is necessary to release your items from customs.
Order Processing Timeframes
All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be sent via Express Post that day. This excludes items purchased in a sale period, in this case please allow 2-4 business days due to high demand.
Australia Post endeavours to deliver all express packages on the next business day, however this is not always guaranteed. Please keep this in mind when placing your order under tight timeframes.
We dispatch all orders through Australia Post and have no control over delivery times or packages once lodged.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please include a note on your order and we will try our best to accomodate your request.
Changes To Your Order
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order, however our usual returns process is available.
If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at hello@martinyork.com.au or phone us at (03) 8820 8009 immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Martin York accepts no responsibility for the incorrect details entered.
Shipping Delays
If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email.
Additional Information
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of the situation.
Stock qualities update live and in real time, while your item should always be available this isn’t always the case. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.

Online Returns Policy
At Martin York, we want you to be happy with your purchase but if you find yourself needing to return, please read below for our returns guidelines xx
How To Return
- Read our Returns Policy below to make sure your return is eligible.
- Email hello@martinyork.com.au within 7 days of placing your order. Please supply your order number and reason for return.
- If you return is eligible, we will provide you with an RA# and instructions for return including timeframes that your return must be back to us.
Any returns sent without approval RA# or outside the specified timeframe will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own cost.
We will happily accomodate the following returns options within 7 days from when you receive your order. Please read the below carefully before placing your order.
All full priced items purchased online (excluding those purchased with Afterpay) can be returned to us for either a refund (to your original payment method), a credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Orders that have previously been exchanged in size or style or a credit note issued, can only receive a credit note not a refund.
Items purchased with Afterpay are not eligible for a refund. Instead, all full priced items purchased with Afterpay are eligible for a credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Pre-order items can be returned for a store credit or exchange.
ITEMS ON SALE
Sale items can be returned for a store credit or exchange.
Items purchased on sale or using a PROMOTIONAL CODE at checkout, are only eligible for a store credit or exchange. The welcome code for your first order is not considered a promotional code. If you are unsure what is considered to be a promotional code, please reach out to us prior to your purchase.
We cannot accept returns of swimwear, intimates or Earrings. All of these items are final sale for hygeine reasons. Please email hello@martinyork.com.au if you need further assistance here or an exception.
We cannot refund eyewear unless assessed faulty. We can offer a credit note or exchange only. Management reserves the right to assess this on a case by case basis.
Please phone our store and speak with management for further guidance.
How long will it take for my return or refund to be processed?
We endeavour to process returns as soon as they are received, but please allow 2-3 working days. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund, credit or exchange once processed.
Returns that are eligible for a refund and that qualified for free shipping initially, will be deducted $15 for shipping costs x x
In-Store Return Policy
At our boutique, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You are eligible for a 12 month credit or exchange. No refunds offered in store unless required by law. See below for faulty claims
We do not accept refunds in-store.
Sale items can be returned for an exchange only if return timelines are met.
Warehouse Clearance - All Sales are final, no credit notes available
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@martinyork.com.au within 1 hour of placing your order as we aim to package up and send your items as soon as your order is confirmed.
Faulty Claims
Whilst we take the utmost care sending your order to you, if for any reason you feel the product you have received may be faulty in any way, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with images and an explanation of what is wrong and we will attend to this as a matter of urgency for you.
Martin York has the right to choose to replace or repair, and in the event none of those options are available, then a refund may be offered once we have been in touch with the specific supplier to assess the fault. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process whilst we liaise with the brand.
